ABOUT THIS PIECE

The Roman legions go on the offense in this bombastic Grade 1/1.5 piece for Concert Band! Enemies will flee at the sight and sound of the mighty Roman army!

Alternate notes have been provided for most range extremities for this grade level for alto saxophone and clarinet. Violin 1 may take oboe notes down an octave if the written note prove too difficult a task.

As with many other flex arrangements, there will be some voice crossing between parts. Dynamic contrast should be a focus for your ensemble to enhance the final performance.
